Wikisource:What Wikisource includes and copyright

Hi. For our works we need to have sources, and evidence that a work is in the public domain; not fair use. Works by bin Laden will need to be demonstrated to be released and in the public domain as they are not PD-70, and without a source that cannot be determined.
