moved page, scope

Hi. You started a page and I have moved it to User:Joaoalvesmarrucho/New Universal Declaration of Human Rights. I don't see that this fits within our scope per WS:What Wikisource includes. It may be a page that could be discussed with Wikibooks to see if it fits within their scope.
