A few notes

edit

Hi, this is just a few notes to help you bring the pages you're proofreading along a little further.

  • We need to move the running header into the Header box and delete the strange non-printing characters at the end of pages.
  • Our house style is to remove spaces before punctuation like colons and dashes.
  • We usually remove the linebreaks throughout paragraphs, but leave in the double ones between paragraphs. This makes "transclusion" of the text to the mainspace work better.
  • Optionally, if there are no references on a page then the references tag in the Footer box can be removed.

Have a look at what I've done on Page:The battle of the books - Guthkelch - 1908.djvu/142 to see how it works. Thanks, Beeswaxcandle (talk) 22:10, 25 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
