Tend not to use heading =s in Page: namespace

With our style we tend not to utilise the == styles in the Page: namespace. Firstly we look to maintain the style of the reproduced work a little more closely, and we don't really want the imposed ToCs and anchors in the works. — billinghurst sDrewth 23:33, 21 March 2017 (UTC) Well, that is my own book. Maybe because of that I feel free to re-format it. OTOH, it is a work of philosophy, thence dynamic TOC is very helpful -- just makes me happy, honestly.Reply
