Hyphens

Hello Inductiveload, thank you for welcoming me. I noticed that in Page:The Works of H G Wells Volume 1.pdf/146 the word determined goes across two pages, I would have thought that it would have required {{Hws}} and {{Hwe}}, however it works fine without it. So could you tell me when this template is needed, I used the two templates on Page:Ten Minute Stories (1914).djvu/29 and Page:Ten Minute Stories (1914).djvu/30, could you tell me whether that was correct. These two templates are not needed any more since the Wikisource software learned that a hyphen at the end of a page can be removed (answer to the obvious question: use {{peh}} when the hyphen is actually needed). So in your example it's not needed (also not specifically harmful). Hws/e are sometimes still useful for when a footnote splits a word across a page, but this is rather rare.
