transclusions can be kept simple edit

Lovely work. With columns, we consider them an artefact of the printed work, and in the web we don't try and reproduce them as typically there is next to no value. Also when they are viewed on a mobile device ... ugh! [for us we are working with undetermined page widths, so we design for whatever the user's choice]. I just noinclude'd them in this case, though feel able to just completely ignore.
