Source and license

edit

All works hosted on Wikisource must identify the source of the text copy. Where did the English text come from? Who made the translation? Where was it published?

All works must also have a suitable license. See Help:Copyright tags. Translations must have two license tags: one for the original text, and one for the English translation. --EncycloPetey (talk) 15:04, 27 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

Philippine legislation

edit

Act No. 17 (Second Philippine Republic) and Act No. 5 (Second Philippine Republic) link to Portal:Acts of the Philippines but that is only for acts up to 1935. Do you think that there should be a separate sub-portal in Portal:Law_of_the_Philippines#Legislative for the acts of the Second Philippine Republic ?

Also, I assume that those acts weren't in English originally. Are the translations in the Official Gazette ? -- Beardo (talk) 19:25, 11 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

1. I guess it makes sense to add a separate sub-portal for the acts of the Second Republic.
2. Acts No. 5 and 17 were originally published on the Official Gazette in English. Migs005 (talk) 15:36, 13 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
