Hello. It is great that you are going to translate this work for English Wikisource! However, I would like to draw your attention to Wikisource:Translations#Wikisource original translations, especially the part which says that "A scan supported original language work must be present on the appropriate language wiki, where the original language version is complete at least as far as the English translation." It is true that this rule is not being forced now, but works which follow it will avoid problems in the future.
