Linking the Chiefs writing the letters

Hi, I realised this morning that we didn't discuss how to do the links for the Appendix authors of the letters in Overland Journey of the Governor of New Zealand. There's probably not enough to make WP stubs or WS author pages, but a WD item should be possible. Could you and @Avocadobabygirl: have a look at {{wdl}} and see if that could be made to work?
