Per the talk page, the convention in this portal is to group items under the main country associated with them, and to redirect the other entities using {{see also}}. If you want to make an exception for the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, then you should post on the talk page and have a discussion about why this particular entity is different than all the other ones. —Beleg Tâl (talk) 12:21, 27 March 2020 (UTC)Reply
