editThanks very much for contributing here. Unfortunately, English Wikisource hosts only public domain texts published in English, it does not host texts in other languages. Texts written in Danish may be added to Danish Wikisource. However, we would really appreciate if you wanted to add some English language text here. If you know of any and need some help, do not hesitate to ask at WS:Scriptorium/Help. --Jan Kameníček (talk) 12:43, 29 April 2023 (UTC)
- I am attempting to translate that document into English. Translations are accepted on Wikisource, right? Jlwoodwa (talk) 22:14, 29 April 2023 (UTC)
- I see, so everything is OK then :-) --Jan Kameníček (talk) 22:51, 29 April 2023 (UTC)
- Are you still planning to do a translation ? --

This needs a source to be hosted on Wikisource. Where was this copy of the text pulled from? --EncycloPetey (talk) 21:51, 26 June 2023 (UTC)
The same applies to the other poems you've added today. All hosted works need their text source identified. --EncycloPetey (talk) 21:53, 26 June 2023 (UTC)
- Please place source information onto the Talk page of each work, with reference pages from the source, if possible. All hosted works must identify their source or risk being deleted. --EncycloPetey (talk) 23:45, 26 June 2023 (UTC)
- I see that Jlwoodwa has now created an index for the full book and is transcribing page by page. That poem is also at Page:The_writings_in_prose_and_verse_of_Rudyard_Kipling_(IA_cu31924057346631).pdf/26 -- Beardo (talk) 11:07, 1 July 2023 (UTC)

I wonder whether it might be better, rather just having all the poems transcluded onto one main page, to treat each poem as a section in the work, with its own page, then linked via the contents page from the main page.
Also, the separate pages for the poems that you have created could then be redirects to the relevant section for that poem. -- Beardo (talk) 11:18, 1 July 2023 (UTC)
