Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act 2015

Hello, and thank you for proofreading and improving my work!

In my opinion, I believe that it is better not to link enactments cited within legislation if these enactments were substantially amended, as such links may confuse readers. For example, you may consider this example:

• The Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance (Cap. 603) was passed in 2008, intended to control plastic bags.
• In 2016, the Promotion of Recycling and Proper Disposal (Electrical Equipment and Electronic Equipment) (Amendment) Ordinance 2016 (3 of 2016) (external link) was passed, inserting a new Part 4 (ss. 31-46) to regulate certain electronic devices.
• Later, the administration made and passed the Product Eco-responsibility (Regulated Electrical Equipment) Regulation (Cap. 603 sub. leg. B) to implement the amendment.

Suppose you link the "Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance" appearing in page 5 of the Regulation, even the link exists, the result would be nonsensical as the authorizing sections had not been appeared in the original gazetted version of the Ordinance.
