As is often the case, I was doing stuff when I came across "I've gone ahead and done the replacement, need an admin to do the revdel. Prosody (talk) 03:24, 1 December 2013 (UTC)". I came to a full stop "Hey I thought they were an admin already?", So I go check, and find they are not an adim, look through User talk:Prosody I don’t find the proposal being offered and turned down. So I go look at Global account manager WS is the home wiki, since July 2008, with 14,000 edits!
This user is log overdue for the mop, and I am sure they will put it to good use.
