Heavily revised when members of the Prosecution team objected to the basic unfairness of the procedures.

Guantanamo Military Commissions version 2.0

Struck down by the US Supreme Court in Hamdan v. Rumsfeld, which rules that the Executive Branch lacked the Constitutional authority to establish the Military Commissions, that the US Congress had that authority.

Guantanamo Military Commissions version 3.0

The US Congress passed the Military Commissions Act, establishing the third version of the Guantanamo Military Commissions.
