Scan notes InfoField	The oversized fold-out chart printed between pp. 3478 and 3479 of the source volume could not be scanned effectively from microform. The version of the chart embedded in this file was created by scanning four different portions of the hard-copy chart and then stitching them together manually, with imperfect results (the boundary lines between different scanned sections are not difficult to spot). Suggestions are welcomed for ways to improve the results here.
